Dhyana, the seventh limb of yoga, is often translated as meditation, yet it is better understood as the natural, uninterrupted flow of awareness that arises when effort softens. Where dharana is the practice of focusing, dhyana is the experience of being with what is.
In this two-hour workshop, participants are invited to experience meditation as spacious, gentle awareness rather than technique or performance. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and extended periods of supported stillness, participants explore how presence unfolds naturally when conditions are supportive.
This workshop emphasizes rest, receptivity, and trust in the innate capacity for awareness. $65/person
