Each session is focused on setting an intention, connecting our mind and body to breath, movement balanced with rest, and allowing ourselves to let go and connect to ourselves. Flowing through movement and rest brings balance to our body, It allows us to burn off excess and nourish where we are deficient.
Living Simply Well offers individual sessions as well as small group sessions to meet you where you are. The beauty of yoga is that it changes with every breath! There is no mandates, no expectations, no competition or comparison …it is visualizing and accepting the beauty within yourself, just as you are!

100% of donations go to local charities via Rotary
