8 Limbs of Yoga Philosophy Workshop: Samadhi

  • Living Simply Well 103 State Street Holmen, Wisconsin, 54636 United States (map)

Samadhi — Remembering Wholeness

Samadhi, the eighth limb of yoga, is often described as absorption, unity, or deep integration. It is not something that can be forced or achieved, but a natural state that may arise when effort dissolves and awareness rests in itself.

In this two-hour contemplative workshop, participants explore samadhi not as a distant ideal, but as moments of deep presence, connection, and ease that naturally arise in daily life. Through guided meditation, silence, and contemplative inquiry, participants are invited to recognize glimpses of wholeness already present.

This workshop emphasizes humility, integration, and the understanding that samadhi is less about transcendence and more about remembering what is already here.
