Pranayama — Cultivating Breath, Energy & Inner Regulation
Pranayama, the fourth limb of Patanjali’s Eightfold Path, is the practice of conscious breathing to regulate energy, attention, and the nervous system. More than breath control, pranayama is a practice of relationship—with the body, the mind, and the subtle flow of life force within.
In this two-hour experiential workshop, participants explore pranayama as a tool for self-regulation, emotional balance, and embodied awareness. Emphasis is placed on gentle, accessible techniques that support safety, steadiness, and clarity rather than force or breath retention.
Through guided breath practices, mindful movement, reflection, and rest, participants learn how conscious breathing can support resilience, presence, and inner ease—both on and off the mat.
