8 Limbs of Yoga Workshop: Asana

  • Living Simply Well 103 State Street Holmen, WI, 54636 United States (map)

In this two-hour experiential workshop, we will explore asana as a tool for nervous system regulation, self-study, and mindful attention rather than achievement. Through slow, intentional movement, accessible postures, and conscious transitions, participants learn how alignment, breath, and sensation support stability and ease—on and off the mat.

What to Expect

  • A brief overview of Asana within the Eight Limbs of Yoga

  • Exploration of sthira sukham asanam (steadiness and ease)

  • Instruction on functional alignment and sustainable movement

  • Gentle, progressive posture practice adaptable for all bodies

  • Breath-centered movement to support regulation and awareness

  • Time for rest, integration, and reflection

Open to all levels—no prior experience needed 💛 $65/person
