Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, core-focused movement practice that helps build strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness—all from the ground up. Using only a yoga mat and your own bodyweight (plus the occasional prop), mat Pilates trains your deep stabilizing muscles through slow, controlled, and intentional movement.

Whether you’re new to movement or an experienced practitioner, Pilates meets you where you are—and invites you to move in a way that feels nourishing, sustainable, and strong.

Advanced Mat Pilates

A strength-focused class for experienced movers looking to challenge their endurance, coordination, and core power. Expect dynamic sequences, intentional breathwork, and full-body conditioning that leaves you feeling empowered and strong.
