Ball Yoga brings a fun twist to our yoga practice. During the class, a yoga ball will be used as it helps reduce stiffness and lessen fatigue, making you feel refreshed and energized. It can help release tension in your muscles, joints, and ligaments by allowing you to stretch and move in ways that you may not be able to on a flat surface.

This class targets deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. This is achieved by utilizing various props (ie, bolster, blanket, blocks). This slower and more meditative style of yoga gives space to turn inward and tune into both the mind and the physical sensations of the body.
