Deep rest, release, and renewal
This special Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and deeply restore physically, mentally, and energetically.
Guided by Angie, this session blends gentle, guided Yoga Nidra (a meditative rest practice) with the soothing vibrations of sound to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for clarity and renewal.
Whether youβre feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or simply craving stillness, this offering provides a supportive container to rest deeply and reconnect with yourself.
What Youβll Experience
During this 90-minute session, youβll be guided through:
Yoga Nidra (guided rest) β A deeply restorative practice that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness
Sound bath immersion β Healing sound frequencies designed to promote release, balance, and emotional grounding
