✨ Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra with Angie

Deep rest, release, and renewal

This special Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and deeply restore physically, mentally, and energetically.

Guided by Angie, this session blends gentle, guided Yoga Nidra (a meditative rest practice) with the soothing vibrations of sound to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for clarity and renewal.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or simply craving stillness, this offering provides a supportive container to rest deeply and reconnect with yourself.

What You’ll Experience

During this 90-minute session, you’ll be guided through:

  • Yoga Nidra (guided rest) — A deeply restorative practice that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness

  • Sound bath immersion — Healing sound frequencies designed to promote release, balance, and emotional grounding

  • Intentional rest — Time to simply be, allowing your body and mind to integrate and restore

This experience is accessible to all levels and requires no prior yoga or meditation experience.

Each session blends:

  • Gentle movement or grounding practices

Each session is trauma-informed, adaptable, and open to all levels. No prior philosophy experience is needed.
