Karma Yoga is the yoga of selfless service. It’s the practice of moving with intention and generosity—where your presence supports more than just your personal growth.

🌿 How It Works:

  • Every Other Month on Wednesdays at 7 PM

  • Led by rotating LSW instructors

  • Limited to 12 participants per session

  • 100% of donations go to local charities via Rotary

About the Retreat

This serene getaway is hosted at the Tettegouche Lodge, nestled in the hills of Silver Bay, MN. Explore private hiking trails, picturesque waterfalls, and the soothing sounds of the Baptism River.

Retreat Highlights:

  • Accommodations: Spacious 8-bedroom lodge with a sauna, recreation room, fire pit, and more

  • Daily Activities:

    • Morning waterfall hikes

    • Sunrise yoga sessions

    • Evening sound baths and fellowship

    • Optional bodywork (fees apply): Reiki, ionic foot detox baths, vibrational therapy
